Traditional Japanese Raku is pottery that is taken from the kiln while red hot and put together with combustible materials. Lampworking and Raku are an expert contemporary fusion of these two complicated processes that create highly unique effects. -

Stunning gold encased excavated Roman glass pendant with handmade Hebron beads and vermeil artisan clasp. The City of Hebron in Palestine south of Jerusalem and west of the Dead Sea was the center of extraordinary glassmakers. This necklace is hand made from antique Hebron beads made in the 1800s from the local sands and mineral rich materials using old glassmaking traditions dating back to Roman times.
